This enriched data allowed us to easily profile bots, discover the 3rd party software they use to post on twitter and simply reject those tweets before expending any data processing them.
We’re continually improving our profiling of these unwanted behaviors and as the data we collect grows, we can begin to tailor our filtering even more effectively and root out bad behavior before it becomes a problem.
The end result of these kinds of filters is an automated platform that can more safely engage a Brands followers at scale, and combined with our blacklist technology, and pre-activated user system, this bot filter makes sure those conversations are organic, authentic, and play by the rules.
